REAGENTS:
The test device contains mouse anti-HBsAg monoclonal antibody and streptavidin separately coated on the cellulose nitrate membrane, and mouse anti-HBsAg monoclonal antibody conjugated latex particles and Biotin-BSA conjugated latex particals separately treated on polyester film.
