INTENDED USE
The homocystein calibrators are used for
quantitative determination of Total Homocystein
concentration in human serum.
REAGENTS
The homocystein calibrators are prepared in a
human serum base.
The Homocystein concentrations are stating on
the vial label.
PRECAUTIONS
Components from human origin have been tested
and found negative for the presence of HBsAg,
HCV and antibody to HIV (1/2). However, handle
cautiously as potentially infectious.
PREPARATION
Calibrators are ready to use. No calibrator
preparation is required.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
Calibrators are stable until the expiration date
on the label when stored tightly closed at 2-8ºC
and contaminations are prevented during their
use.
Do not use reagents over the expiration date.
Bacterial contamination of the calibrators will
cause reductions in the stability of many
components.
PROCEDURE
The calibrators should be used in the
Homocystein reagent.
