Reticulocyte reagent for Spincell 5 Series

INTENDED USE
Stain is used for measuring the content of reticulocyte (RETIC) in
human blood together with SPINREACT Sheath on adaptable
hematology analyzers.

1.Use the detergent under the professional technician’s guidance.
2. This product should not be consumed, if so, please see a doctor
immediately.
3. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse
immediately with plenty of water or seek medical advice.
4. Deal with the waste according to the local regulations.
INGREDIENTS
Sodium chloride, potassium oxalate, buffer solution, preservative,
surfactant and new methylene blue.
STORAGE & STABILITY
1. Storage Condition: keep away from direct sunlight and store
between 2℃ and 40℃. Store it in the temperature between
15℃ and 30℃ once opening.
2. Shelf Life: 24 months.
APPLICABILITY
It’s appropriate to series of Spinreact 5-Part-Diff Auto Hematology
Analyzer.
BLOOD SAMPLES
1. The blood samples should be venous and capillary
specimens collected in EDTA-K2 anticoagulant. Coagulated,
hemolysis and lipoidaemia samples cannot be measured.
2. Blood samples should be stored at 2℃~8℃.
OPERATION PROCEDURE
1. Add 20μL whole blood into one tube of RETIC Stain. Mix it
upside down, and place the mixture in the temperature
between 15℃ to 30℃ for 15 minutes.
2. Operate it according to the Instruction of 5-Part-Diff Auto
Hematology Analyzer.
PERFORMANCE
1. pH value: 7.20 ± 0.20 at (25 ± 1) ℃.
2. Osmotic concentration (560 ±10) mOsm / kg.
3. Peak wavelength of absorption: λmax = (675 ± 10)nm.
4. Absorbance value: 3.20 ± 0.30.
5. Blank value ≤0.01 × 1012/ L.
6. Repeatability ≤20%.
7.Scatter plot: test the fresh blood by applicable analyzer, the scatter
plot which shall show the categories of scatter group of reticulocytes
and RBC.
8. Batch differences: ΔPH value ≤ 0.40, osmotic concentration
≤10mOsm/kg, △λmax ≤10nm.
